∘ Nugzar Paichadze ∘ Staff Motivation as an affective factor of Human Resource Usage SUMMARY In this article are viewed such actual issues concerning to staff motivation as: motivation essence and its types, theories about motivation, processing of staff motivation system, motivation for labour stimulation and others. It is underlined that the researchers working over the above given problems, according to different features, lined out the following types of staff motivation: selfmotivation, inner and outer motivation, direct and forced motivation and etc. The instrumental and contextual theory of motivation is also discussed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the theory of requirements related to the workers“ motivation which was given by M. Maslow. In the above article is discussed motivation being received for satisfaction from work and internal and external factors acting on the latter. The next 4 methods of satisfaction measurement offered by M. Armstrong's work are also analyzed here: 1) Usage of structured questioning papers; 2) Interviews; 3) Combination of questioning papers and interviews; 4) Usage of focus groups. In this article is also discussed the issues of processing the staff motivation system. Particular attention in the article is also devoted to the material and s intangible stimulation of motivated staff. Comparatively, the material incentives of motivation are as follows: direct cash and indirect cash. At the end of the article is briefly analyzed current state of activity related to the staff motivation in the functioning organizations in Georgia and the specific ways to reduce the defficiencies in the field of labor management are proposed. |
